Terms of Use:

1. Acceptance of this Agreement.  By signing this Agreement or by utilizing Anametrics Broadband Service, You acknowledge you have read and understand this Agreement and You accept this Agreement (together with all of the policies attached hereto) and agree to abide by its terms and conditions as they may be amended from time to time.  If You do not accept this Agreement, You may not and should not utilize the
Anametrics Broadband Service.  Please take the time to read this Agreement carefully.  The terms and conditions of this Agreement may be amended from time to time by Anametrics by posting such change at http://anametrics.com (the "Anametrics Internet Site") or by providing notice of changes in the bi-monthly billing
statements.  Use of the Anametrics Broadband Service by You after a change to these terms and conditions has been so posted by Anametrics
shall constitute acceptance by You of such changed terms.  If You do not wish to accept such changes, your only remedy is to terminate the
Anametrics Broadband Service that Anametrics is providing to You under this Agreement within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the change was
posted by Anametrics to the Anametrics Internet Site.

(a) All equipment installed by Anametrics in or on the customers premises shall remain the property of Anametrics.

(b) Anametrics will charge a security deposit at time of installation.  Customers receiving "FREE INSTALLATION" must maintain service for a period of not less than six (6) months. Early termination of service subject to disconnection fee that may include loss of security deposit.

(c) Anametrics Broadband may not be used for mass e-mailings also know as "Spam" or download or offer for download any copyrighted material where you are not the legal holder of such copyrights. Customers may be disconnected for any such activity.  Any evidence Anametrics may have of this "type" of activity may be given to the holder of copyrights where such copyrighted material was downloaded or offered for download by an Anametrics customer across the Anametrics Broadband Network.

(d) Customers of Anametrics Broadband may not engage in "hacking" or work in concert with others to set up servers, peer to peer networks or remote servers on or across the Anametrics Broadband network.  Any "hacking" activity may be reported by Anametrics to the proper authorities together with any and all evidence that we may have or gather from our servers. This may include but may not be limited to IP addresses, internet activity, attempted activity, traffic records, volume of use, postings, e-mails, recorded phone conversations and any other such records or information that we may have.  You agree Anametrics shall not be liable to You for any actions taken by Anametrics to enforce this Agreement.

(e) You may not operate a server of any type using the Anametrics Broadband Service. Anametrics will disconnect any customer who attempts to run a server without the express written permission of Anametrics on the Anametrics Broadband Network. You may not host or offer to host a web site, bulletin board or other such service on Anametrics Broadband Network without the express written permission of Anametrics. 
 

(f) Anametrics support the Anametrics Broadband Internet to the modem and one computer installed during the initial installation.  Customer may be charged for subsequent service calls to trouble shoot customer equipment. Anametrics does not support the setup, configurations and equipment maintenance of devices, including multi-function devises that may contain a switch, router, firewall, etc., that allow for the connection of multiple computers at the customers premises. Anametrics may charge a fee to service any such customer installed equipment. 

(g) Bandwidth Usage and Other Activities.
Anametrics may monitor and where Anametrics deems necessary, restrict bandwidth of customer.  Whether lawful or unlawful, Anametrics reserves the right to determine what is harmful to its Customers, operations or reputation, including any activities that restrict or inhibit any other user from using and
enjoying the Anametrics Broadband Service or the Internet.
 

(h) Anametrics Broadband is for use in the customers premises where Anametrics has installed such service. Customer may not offer Anametrics Broadband to others. Customers are prohibited from offering any Anametrics service for resale. 

(i) You are obligated to pay any installation fees and monthly charges or late charges for the Anametrics Service as such charges may be determined from time to time by Anametrics in its discretion upon reasonable notice to You (including by posting changes to such charges or changes here on the Anametrics Internet Site). If You do not want to keep the Anametrics Service because the charges change, You may terminate at the end of that current billing cycle for which you have paid. You are required to pay and You agree to pay all charges two months in advance, (one year with discount). When You register for the Anametrics Service, You may decide to pay the bi-monthly charges or annual charges with a credit card in which case the bi-monthly or annual charges will be automatically charged to your credit card account. If You cancel the Anametrics Service for any reason, Anametrics will not be required to refund to You any portion of the monthly or annual charge paid (or to be paid) by You for the month or year in which cancellation occurs. Cancellation must be done by the person(s) named on the account or persons known to Anametrics as the "legal" representative(s) of the person(s) named on the account.  Cancellation must be done by phone at the service number or in writing at such numbers or addresses as may be provided from time to time by Anametrics. Cancellation of any service is not valid by "E mail".

Theses terms of use may be updated from time to time by Anametrics. Customers  should check for updates.
